About this event
Spin Pole Intermediate is for students who are ready to take on the added challenge of aerial spin pole while beginning their journey into inversions. This class focuses on building strength, control, and confidence through progressive spin pole combos that include climbs, air walks, controlled descents, and foundational invert preparation. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, smooth transitions, and moving safely and intentionally with the spin. Prerequisite: Students should have taken Intro to Spin and Pole Fundamentals 1 and be comfortable with a basic pole climb and pole sit.
