About this event
This class is geared towards high intermediate to advanced polers. The warm up will include cardio, stretching, and pole conditioning. We will focus on more difficult tricks, transitions, inversion variations, aerial combos and more. Both static and spinning pole may be used. Be ready to be challenged and push your limits! Prerequisites: Must have instructor approval, poling for several months, years, or longer. Must be able to do an invert (from the floor) and is comfortable holding leg hangs.
