Weekend? Gate Code = #1254. This workshop style class is a great way to learn some yoga foundations and strengthen your yoga practice. G is a dance and yoga instructor who is great at helping folks learn how to solidify their basic yoga poses so you can gain the most benefits with the least possibility of injury. This class is focused on theming around natural life cycles and recentering ourselves in our busy busy world.
