Healing through Music & Art is a trauma-informed peer support group led by Ashli, a Certified Peer Support Specialist. Using music, art, and creative expression as tools for reflection and connection, participants are invited to explore emotions, build resilience, and foster healing in a safe, welcoming environment. No artistic or musical experience is needed—all materials are provided, and all are welcome.
