About this event
Ready to be a Basework baddie? Basework Tricks focuses on strength, fluidity, shapes, and dynamic movement using the lower section of the pole and floorwork. This class is suitable for high beginner+ students who are comfortable with pirouettes, fan kicks, and knee grip holds. Variations will be given to meet you at your level. Normal pole wear is acceptable, bring a shirt to cover your shoulders, knee pads required, and pole shoes are optional but recommended.
