- ➤ Fresno County and city officials are drafting a memorandum of understanding to allow pre-approved access to rail corridors, canal banks and overpasses – a move meant to speed up cleanups of dangerous homeless encampments. - ➤ Fresno City Council launched a one-year pilot program to address longstanding vacancies in Tower District commercial buildings.
