- ➤ Fresno-based JEM Management is closing several Wendy's and KFC locations across the Central Valley (including a Selma site and a West Fresno outlet) as rising costs and new wage laws drive industry consolidation. The Business Journal
- ➤ Nitricity broke ground on its full-scale renewable fertilizer facility in Delhi, Merced County (the plant is sold out through 2028) and will use almond shells and renewable energy to produce organic fertilizer for local farmers. The Business Journal
