- ➤ Caltrans announced closures for asphalt sealing that affect Fresno highways; today, from 4 a.m. to 12 p.m., the No. 3 lane and select ramps on Highway 41 will close, with Monday and Tuesday closures on Highway 180 also scheduled, and drivers urged to allow extra travel time+ use caution.
