- ➤ Chevron warned that the air board’s cap-and-invest changes may raise gas prices by a dollar or more and drive energy companies away plus urged state leaders to reconsider the plan. The board will accept public comments until Monday, Mar. 9 and discuss the proposal in late May. KMPH
