- ➤ Caltrans announced lane closures on Highway 41 in Fresno County for asphalt repairs this week. Northbound lanes will be closed Tuesday (8 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.) while southbound lanes will shut Wednesday (8 a.m. to 2 p.m.), Thursday, and Friday (8 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.) with potential delays due to weather.
