- ➤ Fresno Street will close on Monday for one year for high-speed rail underpass construction, affecting Libelula Restaurant downtown. The restaurant has already seen a 50% revenue drop after losing its parking lot, and detour routes could further limit customer access. KMPH

- ➤ Former U.S. women’s soccer star Mia Hamm was announced as the keynote speaker for the Central California Women’s Conference that will take place on Sept. 15; tickets go on sale in June. ABC30
- ➤ City staff previewed new guidelines for the Measure P arts grant program at a meeting Wednesday night; they proposed paid training for reviewers and debated changes, and public feedback will be accepted online until April 30 (in-person sessions are on Apr. 22, 25, and 28) to refine the funding process.
