- ➤ At 11:29 p.m. on April 20, firefighters responded to a dryer fire at a Clovis apartment near Fowler and Tollhouse avenues and quickly contained the blaze in the laundry room with no injuries reported. ABC30
- ➤ Rescuers pulled one person from the water and airlifted them to a hospital after receiving CPR, and another person was rescued from an island at Avocado Lake on Easter Sunday. ABC30
- ➤ A white Ford van crashed into a power pole near Walnut and Manning Avenues on Sunday morning, knocking down three additional poles, leaving nearly 100 people without power near Easton, and prompting PG&E crews to work for hours while the driver fled the scene (two other drivers hit debris but were not injured) as Manning Avenue from Elm Street to Fruit Avenue was blocked off.
