- ➤ Police responded just after 4:00 a.m. Monday at an apartment complex in central Fresno where a fight turned into a shooting that injured a man with a gunshot wound to the arm—officers are still searching for the suspect. Your Central Valley
- ➤ On May 26th, a man was arrested in Clovis after a standoff with police began when he fled a home in a van that was later found at a gas station—officers asked the public to stay clear as they investigated the incident. ABC30
- ➤ Police are investigating a shooting at Monte Vista Terrace near Sherman and Tyler early Monday, May 26th—an unknown suspect fired a round during a disturbance with a renter, sending the victim to the hospital. ABC30
- ➤ A man was hospitalized after he was shot outside Little Caesars near Fresno and B streets Monday night when an unknown shooter fired on a truck carrying two 30-year-old men (the injured man sustained a leg wound and is expected to survive) and police reported the other man was uninjured (further details remain under investigation). - ➤ Fresno fire crews responded Monday morning to smoke rising from an access hole on Highway 41 over Herndon Avenue and found flames plus personal belongings inside — authorities detained one person and began an investigation while hazmat and rescue teams and Caltrans inspected the area. ABC30
