- ➤ Sergio Delgado Jimenez rescued two people from a burning home in Clovis after he saw smoke coming from the house on Claremont and Ashlan avenues around 1:15 p.m. Sunday and fought the flames until first responders arrived+ the cause of the fire is under investigation. Your Central Valley
- ➤ On Sunday at 3:30 a.m., firefighters extinguished a building fire in the 600 block of Shaw Avenue after responding to multiple 911 calls—32 firefighters used an aerial ladder truck to stop the blaze from spreading to nearby homes. KMPH
