- ➤ Luis Rodriguez, 38, was arrested Friday and is held at Fresno County Jail on a $1 million bail after he was accused of murder following the assault of 25-year-old Alvaro Hernandez Junior on July 18 at Seventh Avenue and Nevada Street in Kingsburg — authorities continue to investigate. ABC30
- ➤ Fresno police arrested convicted felon Jose Salcido for his alleged role in a drive-by shooting that injured one person last weekend near Orange and Butler avenues and recovered a bag with a loaded firearm, ammunition, evidence and the vehicle used, though the firearm remains missing. GV Wire
