- ➤ Fresno police are seeking a man and a woman wanted for a robbery at MGA Liquor on August 1 at the store on Bullard Avenue and Figarden Drive—surveillance images show the suspects left in a silver sedan after a female suspect said her partner was armed. KMPH

- ➤ Attorney General Pam Bondi appointed Eric Grant as Interim U.S. Attorney for the region covering Fresno, Sacramento and other Central Valley cities. The Valley-raised Department of Justice veteran was sworn in Monday morning and will lead a team of 72 attorneys and 61 support staff while working with local, state, federal and tribal partners. - ➤ Fresno Mayor Jerry Dyer unveiled a new FAX bus route Monday that connects southeast and southwest Fresno. The route travels down Church Avenue from Fowler to Walnut and circles areas like Sanger West High School and Fresno City College’s West Fresno campus—serving over 44,000 locals and linking key destinations. - ➤ Drivers in north Fresno are facing detours on Shaw Avenue and Golden State Boulevard due to High-Speed Rail construction — crews are building a temporary bypass road and the roads will reopen early Wednesday morning. KMPH
