- ➤ A Fresno man with previous drug trafficking convictions is facing federal charges after a grand jury indicted him on counts of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl and for possessing ammunition as a felon—Manuel Cisneros, 48, had drugs and .40-caliber rounds on Feb. 20 and was scheduled for arraignment Thursday amid investigations by Fresno PD and DEA.
