- ➤ Fresno police arrested Santiago Cruz early Thursday after responding at about 2:30 a.m. to a ShotSpotter alert near Blackstone and Grant avenues; Cruz allegedly fired several shots during a fight that left one man with gunshot wounds to both legs and Cruz with a stab wound to the chest—investigators later recovered a handgun from a car abandoned by a driver while a second suspect remains at large.
