  • Fresno restaurateur and salsa mogul Bobby Salazar was released from jail Friday evening on $1 million bail after pleading not guilty to federal arson charges for hiring a motorcycle gang member to burn his restaurant on Blackstone Ave.—He will have a GPS tracking device placed on him Tuesday and face his next court hearing on September 11.  The San Joaquin Valley Sun
