- ➤ Batari, an 8-year-old female Malayan tiger, joined Fresno Chaffee Zoo’s Kingdoms of Asia exhibit in September after coming from Tulsa Zoo in Oklahoma—she is part of the Species Survival Plan to help save her endangered species and will live apart from her companion Penari. The Business Journal
- ➤ FOX26 and the Central California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce honored Angelita Echeveste today for her leadership in running a neighborhood resource center that offers mental health, therapy, and family services in Fresno.
