- ➤ BMO Bank will close its Downtown Fresno branch on Oct. 24 as part of a network reshuffle, and the ATM has been out of service for about a month. Other branches on First, Herndon, and Shaw avenues will remain open while the bank plans to open 150 new branches in California over the next five years. The Business Journal
