- ➤ On Saturday, hundreds of federal workers lined the parking lot of The Fresno Center to get food for their families as many still face delays in receiving pay despite the government reopening. Volunteers from the Central California Food Bank provided chicken, eggs, and fruit, and officials said paychecks will arrive by next Tuesday — before Thanksgiving. ABC30
