Fresno County officials are reviewing health codes and models from Los Angeles to allow taco stands to use trompos in order to reduce long wait times.
Officials said a town hall will be held for food vendors, and taco stands could be permitted to use trompos by early next year—helping local businesses serve customers faster.

Fresno State men’s basketball will return to Selland Arena to face the Roadrunners in their first game there since 2009.
The Bulldogs are 6-2 in nonconference play and guard Jake Heidbreder was honored for reaching 1,000 career points before the game.
