- ➤ Fresno County officials are reviewing health codes and models from Los Angeles to allow taco stands to use trompos in order to reduce long wait times. Officials said a town hall will be held for food vendors, and taco stands could be permitted to use trompos by early next year—helping local businesses serve customers faster. KMPH
