- ➤ The city on Dec. 18 approved a three-year deal with VenuWorks and ATG Entertainment to manage the Fresno Convention Center, Valdez Hall, Selland Arena and historic Saroyan Theatre starting Jan. 11, 2026 — the deal aims to boost events and tourism, reduce subsidies and honor labor contracts.
