- ➤ Fresno artists have yet to receive their promised Measure P funds as the City takes control after a $1.5 million theft scandal at the Fresno Arts Council. - ➤ The Central Library in downtown Fresno closed today after more than 60 years of service for a major renovation. The project (40% complete) includes upgrades to electrical, lighting and basement systems, and nearby branches will serve patrons until the facility reopens in 2028. ABC30
