- ➤ Fresno officials have opened three warming centers at Ted C. Wills, Mosqueda, and Maxie L. Park Community Centers as valley lows near freezing. The centers provide free shelter with meals, blankets and pet accommodations and operate from 7 P.M. to 7 A.M. through Friday. ABC30
